Asturian Jheal Bashta draws inspiration from one of the most energetic episodes of his region’s recent history, that of the mining protests, to conceptualize his new EP, a work entitled Shot To Diginity.

“Broken agreements and an uncertain future, this was the trigger that made the miners rise up again and return to the barricades,” explains the press release of this work that they describe as “root techno for discontented people.
